Owner statements are securely posted on our online owners portal. We include maintenance invoices and any other additional reports that you request. You can check your investments 24/7.

Maintenance.

Work orders can be requested right online through our Tenants Portal, we also have after hours phone service that is always available for the emergency request when out office is closed. We coordinate all repair requests submitted by tenants to each owners specifications. Per approval, we obtain quotes and schedule repair using our in-house handyman or list of licensed vendors.

Move-in and move-out inspections.

We conduct thorough inspections before a tenant takes possession of the property and after a tenant vacates the property. We fill out detailed move-in/move-out inspection forms and take pictures of the entire property when the tenant vacates.

Exterior drive-bys:

We conduct routine drive-bys on all our managed properties and follow up with tenants and owners to best protect and maintain the properties.
