Dedicated Property Manager Lindsey has over 7 years of residential real estate experience in handling the complexities of property management.    Lindsey has exceptional knowledge in the areas of  tenant screening, lease agreements, maintenance requests, financial records, and legal compliance. She takes pride in exceeding client expectations through exceptional customer service while also demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.  Lindsey is tech savvy, regularly studying and working with all the latest technologies to help our Management business run efficiently.  An outstanding problem solver of unexpected issues, she thinks quickly and carefully to find solutions that benefit both the owner and the tenant.  She excels at clear and concise documentation of the numerous details that occur in the property management business.  Her experience and skills in both leasing and maintenance will ensure that your investment reaches its full potential.
