We Are Looking forward to this Great Addition to the Restaurants and Bars In St Pete !

After nearly a year of excavation work, vertical construction has begun on Central Park St. Pete, a five-level, 27,700-square-foot food hall that will include a basement speakeasy and a full-service modern Asian rooftop restaurant and bar when it opens next year.  The project broke ground last Nov.  at 551 Central Avenue and is scheduled to open later in 2023.

Hi Hospitality Group currently owns and operates a collection of award-winning destination restaurants on Florida’s Gulf Coast. Speaks Clam Bar, which celebrates classic and crave-able Italian-American flavors in a fun, speakeasy-inspired atmosphere, has two locations in Lakewood Ranch and St. Armand’s Circle. The Asian-inspired Kojo, located in downtown Sarasota, features flavors from China, Japan, Taiwan and Korea.

Central Park St. Pete will be home to seven delicious quick-service food concepts on the main level, several full-service bars, and two elevated full-service restaurants. The top level will be an events/creative arts space that will highlight local musicians and performers.

Central Park’s other highlight is a rarity for downtown St. Pete — a basement level that will feature a speakeasy-style bar. Expected to be used it as a venue for live music, drag brunches, and standup comedy.

Buying a home in the current housing market with a VA loan is possible and there are some great advantages. The VA home loan is a program non-military home buyers with they had. Conventional and FHA loans require at lease 3.5 to 5 percent down. On a 250,000 home that could be up to $12,500.00. With a VA loan if you qualify, you can buy or build a home, or refinance an existing home mortgage, with as little as $0 down, great rates and financing with no mandated cap. Another benefit over traditional mortgages is that there is no PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance, the monthly insurance fee charged to protect the bank until you reach at least 20% equity).
